Simply opening a link will not allow your iPhone to be hacked. The only time you should be concerned is if the link prompted you for your Apple ID Password and you entered it. Opening a link in an email or message will let the sender know that they successfully got you to click the link. You may receive more phishing attempts as they think you are susceptible. You can get tips about these phishing attempts and also report them by checking out this support article.
