My iPad crashed and I am trying to get access through my iMac but I forgot my password and the IPAD never asked me to use it.... My Apple ID is ****************@******.*** ... below under 3.. cannot use those devises as my iPad is no longer working and the Phone leads me to a different Cloud account.

I'm not certain what has happened here, and what you're trying to regain access.
There is no means to gain access to an iPad using a Mac, though you can use a Mac to reset the iPad. If you have forgotten the iPad passcode, here is how to reset that (and the iPad contents):

If you are encountering Activation Lock here as I might suspect, see the Activation Lock section here:

You will need to regain access to the Apple ID holding the Activation Lock in order to be able to clear that lock, or provide Apple with convincing proof of ownership, such as the original Apple device purchase receipts.
