google translation output sound not working

how to solve google translation palyback audio issue for the translated words? when I am trying to click on it it displays "Cannot playback audio, try to refresh the page"

why are english subtitles suddenly not working? I am hearing impaired andI cannot get subtitles in English all of a sudden. multiple other languages are available but not english. how do i fix this?
