My I phone SE will not allow out bound or incoming calls in the evening's
In the late afternoons my I phone SE will not allow in bound or out bound calls. Text works.

Do you have an active Focus Mode on a schedule? Double check that in the Control Center on your iPhone.
On your iPhone, SWIPE DOWN from the TOP RIGHT CORNER of your screen. This will reveal the CONTROL CENTER. Find the FOCUS button (should be highlighted in white if Do Not Disturb is ON) and Tap on it. This should turn OFF Do Not Disturb.
The thing is that you are unable to make and receive calls at a certain time of the day. This may be a carrier related issue. Contact them as well.
