unable to receive mail “554 5.7.1 [HM08] Message rejected due to local policy”.

a colleague has shown me emails they send to my iCloud email address are being returned "undeliverable"with the message "The error is “554 5.7.1 [HM08] Message rejected due to local policy". However, I am receiving emails from other senders. Appreciate some suggestions to solve this problem please?

When I send mails using Hide My Email, it gets rejected Whenever I send a mail using the Hide My Email option in the From field, it gets bounced on the receiving end with the message quoted below. It happens without exception, regardless of the receiver's address or domain. This only happens when sending from the Mail app on the Mac. Occasionally an email does not arrive into my account. I receive most emails sent to me but on rare occasions one does not arrive into my Mail account. Where should I look to troubleshoot this issue?
