Haven’t been able to use Apple Pay on iPhone since iOS 17.3.1. “Apple Pay will be available when updates are complete” since upgrading to IOS 17.3.1(21D61) Haven’t been able to use Apple Pay (tried multiple credit & debit cards) since this IOS upgrade to 17.3.1. Any fix? [Edited by Moderator]

Did you already force restart your iPhone after the latest update?

Any error messages given, if you want to use Apple Pay?

If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay - Apple Support
