Custom Notif Sound not going off

I'm using an iPhone 15 & I recently changed my notifications to a custom sound, but it's not sounding whenever I receive a notif even if my mute button is off. Is it because I'm didn't turn on my volume button?

The notification sound is quieter than the phone ringing. I have a new Iphone 14 pro , ios 16.6.1 and I have a problem with the notification volume which is much quieter than the phone ringtone. I have everything in the settings set to maximum volume and set well, but it doesn't even help. Please help. Thank you for answer.

How do I change the default notification sound? Good day! I have been in trouble for not being able to hear the default notification sound. For this reason, I can't respond to some important messages instantly. Is there any way to change the default notification sound? It's a very basic feature that should be available on iPhone.
