I use a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015), I use a silicon cover on it. Is this safe? Because i've been using these protectors for almost a year but most importantly sometimes from under the keyboard cover I feel air, so is the keyboard protector blocking the vents?!

I know you asked specifically about blocking the airflow required to keep your Mac cool, a different Apple Support document admonishes us not to use camera covers or anything else between the screen and the keyboard:
"If you close your Mac laptop with a camera cover installed, you might damage your display because the clearance between the display and keyboard is designed to very tight tolerances."
Using anything like that will definitely crack the display.
