Refund Denied

Hello Apple . I want to ask help from you cause my request for refund was beed denied . Its regarding my purchases on yaychat app . After i did recharge my money on there app they kick me out from the system and block my account . and actually that app is a fraud and a scam ! they hire cat fishers from the philippines and pretend to be base in US. they stole identity from famous celebrity in the philippines . please help me back my money thank you

This is a user to user forum, you are not addressing Apple here. We cannot grant refunds here, nor override Apple's decisions regarding them.
Apple is not obligated to grant a refund every time. It is entirely at their discretion.
