iPhone 14 Pro Max screen flickering neon blue

Whenever I go into the photos app I get a flickering neon blue tint on the screen. Same happens when I look at reels on instagram or look at photos on the camera app. I do not have Apple care, but I still have the limited warranty. My phone is in almost new condition it doesn’t even have scratches.
