So i just bought the 100 to watch on my phone. i checked the language everything was good its audio was said to be english I washed the trailer that was English. Then after I bought it, all of the episodes turned to French I’ve tried correcting the language through settings, and nothing is working. (this is the tv app)

If this is for Canada or France, then TV shows may show as two distinct store items in the Store, one for each language. Verify that you selected the correct one to buy.
