I didn't get a return box on my iPhone's trade in kit
My new iPhone 15Pro has been delivered, but Apple did not send a return box? Am I OK to activate new phone before returning the old for trade-in?

When I traded, the return box arrived 2 or 3 days after my new device. It was shipped from a different location and by a different shipping method than the new device.
Definitely activate the new device before sending in the old device.
