Activity Rings and App Not Showing

I have been using the modular watch face since I got it and have always had the activity rings as one of the "Complications." After updating to the WatchOS 10, however, the activity rings have disappeared from the watch face. I have tried restarting the watch and iPhone, but none of these has worked. Additionally, the entire activity app is not showing up on my watch but appears as normal on the iPhone. Has anyone had a similar issue? How did you fix it?

Thanks, Axel!

I tried the reset and unfortunately, it didn't work. However, unpairing and repairing my watch did the trick! In case anyone else is looking at this post, I had to set up the watch as a new watch. I couldn't use the backup because it still did not show the rings.

On your Apple Watch - Try and Force ReStart your Apple Watch as indicated below:

  • Hold down the side button and Digital Crown at the same time. The Digital Crown is the rotating button located on the side of the device.
  • Keep holding these two buttons down until you see the Apple logo appear on the screen.

If the above procedure does not help, then you can unpair the Apple Watch from your iPhone and then pair it again. This process will be time consuming however you may have to do it to get the Activity App back on the Apple Watch.
