Coinbase Wallet will not restore on new iPhone

I set up a Coinbase wallet in 2022 and directed restore from iCloud. Got a new iPhone in August and when I tried to restore from iCloud it inserted my Coinbase account number not wallet password (that I let iOS put a strong 14 character autogenerated that I thought would be saved) spoken to Coinbase 8 times and no help. They keep telling me to use my 12 word seed phrase that I never got because I chose set up restore from iCloud. Oh and I wiped the other iPhone. Apple says it’s all on Coinbase to figure out.
