I need my apple account fixed it’s disabled without real cause or warning

My little sister accidentally charged my iPad apple account with about $50 worth of unapproved chargers for VPN subscriptions. Without my knowledge or consent so I contacted my bank and just for the unapproved charges after cancellation of said subscriptions then a day later my account was disabled.
