Optus offline and device pairing

Would the Optus crash cause devices like IPhone and Apple Watches to unpair and re- pair causing the IPhone to now display duplicates

My phone is now shown twice and Watch shown twice with an added old version of my iPhone which was renamed by the Apple Store ( so I have 3 IPhones? the third predates owning a watch?)
