Fix the submit button (which is unresponsive), and fix the support link (which 403’s).

And the support webpage is busted around here, which might also alter Apple’s testing outcome:

Might want to either direct that to a purpose-created “not available in your country” webpage and not this generic 403, or enable access to the support page worldwide, or sort out whether Apple is testing in a place where your app is available but this webpage is 403’ing, or Apple is testing in an area they should not be. But that’s all necessarily happening between your efforts and Apple and the Apple testing. (We don’t have access to any if this.)
