iPhone mic not working on apps

Hi there,

Please try this steps to see if they're of any help to you

1. Remove any screen protectors, films, or cases from your iPhone.
2. Clear any debris from the openings of your iPhone.

If the microphone doesn't work in a specific app

1. Go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone.
2. Make sure that the app is enabled.
3. If the app has permission to access your microphone, or if it isn't listed, contact the app developer.

Perhaps the microphone (bottom left side) is dirty and should be clened using a strong flashlight, a wooden toothpick, a soft brush and a bit of patience.

If the issue persists, make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
