I cant install iOS 17.1.2 on my iphone 14 (128 gbs) I did all the trouble shooting but Im simply cant do get it to download. its shows a message sayin is temporarily unavailable, but at the same time, it bugs me everytime I use my phone " a new ios update is now available. please update from the ios 17 beta" that I also did and still cant get to upgrade. is someone have this type of issue?

Charge the battery, and preferably leave it connected to the charging circuit during the update process.
Connect to a WiFi network.
Attempt the update again
