eSIM is not functioning on Apple Watch Ultra, "Invalid EID number" error.

I hope you have resolved your issue. but if not, just go to du branch at Dubai Hills Mall. They know exactly how to fix it. Just got mine fixed after almost a month of going back and forth at different branches and going around in circles on email with their support.

When you initiated the multi-sim again, did you go to them and have them do it? Or did you do it from the Apple Watch app?

Which branch did you go to where Sameh is working? I need to find him.

It’s technical, he tried multiple things with TECHNICAL team for almost a month.

they just need delete the multiple records that keep on appearing on ur DU account.

I recommend if u have cloud backup

then -

1. Unpair ur new watch and rest it
2. erase and rest ur new phone
3. Erase and reset old phone
4. make sure ur old phone is not paired to ur new watch
5. setup ur new phone and pair from the start with new watch
6. Then ask DU guys to delete all the multi sims under ur DU account and try to initiate multi sim again.

Hopefully that should work

I am facing the same issue. When I migrated my eSIM from the old iPhone to the new IPhone 15 pro max, my Apple eatch eSIM stopped working.

upon talking to Du, the unregistered my watch and re registered it on the plan. But even after that the same error shows when I try to add a cellular plan on the watch: apple watch EID is not valid

Any idea how the issue was resolved? Or what Saleh might have done? Like did they remove your subscription and ask you to reapply through the app?
