I need to get a refund from Apple Pay
I was suppose to send 80 to someone & it ended up sending 800. How can I get a refund?

If they haven’t accepted the funds, you can cancel the transaction in messages. Long press on the dollar amount.
if the funds have been accepted, you can only ask for it back. Given that this is a person that you know it shouldn’t be too difficult
