The fourth generation iPad Pro 11" is the most recent iteration of this model. This model was released, along with the sixth generation iPad Pro 12", in 2022. Both of these models feature the newer M2 CPU (SoC), currently the more powerful CPU available in any of the currently available models iPad.
In summary, the fourth generation iPad Pro 11" and 12" models have significant differences. While both are fourth generation by name, they differ by model year. You cannot assume that different models of the same "generation" have the same technical specifications.
