I'm unable to activate Touch ID on my iPhone

When I open my phone on my screen I see Touch ID unable to activate Touch ID on this iPhone and my screen is not working I can’t press anything because on my screen I see Touch ID

Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to let them test the phone and go over your options with you.
