United app, goes to white screen after loging in

After logging into the united app, on Mac mini, on Mac air, on any computer regardless of browser. the screen show my info then goes to a white screen with only a feedback tab. I have filled the feedback tab 3 time telling united they have a problem.

This is only when I log in. If another family member logs in using my computer it works for them. Once in a while I get an error message that says apple has been notified.

This is really annoying because I need to book flight for by business and I can ONLY use the I phone app to do this !

Hello All,

The problem was eventually fixed by the united folks. All I did was to respond to the questions in the blue tab to the right on the white screen. Within the blue tab it asks if your happy with the website. If you keep responding, about 8-10 times that you did not like the experience and explained that you were always defaulted to the white screen it may get fixed by them. My problem lasted about 2 weeks and then it was fixed

I contacted United and they don't seem to know what to do. I told them it's happening on different devices and different browsers. They opened a ticket and then it was closed out. I went to the chrome://settings/content/all?search=cookies on chrome > See all site data and permissions > United and delete. Closed all browsers and restarted. Somehow it is working now. Not sure if it was United or the cookie ?
