MacBook Mail not downloading all email.

MacBook mail has stopped downloading all new email from one of the associated accounts, notably a Microsoft account through my University account. Mail from two other accounts synchronize appropriately.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Are you connect to the IMAP server?
