I am charting Time vs Temperature data, but some Time values are not showing on my line chart. Here are my references and a picture of the chart. Is there any way to extend the X-axis all the way to 6:00 minutes?

I suggest you select all data at once (not pick them one per one) and then select this chart type in the chooser:
By default, the chart has dots for each data point, you can change that in the Styles (like I did for the blue set).
Note that for the creation to go well, set 0 column header. You can change it afterward.
