Unchecked songs included in Playing Next when adding album

This is something that's been bothering me for a long time now.

When I add an album to my Playing Next queue in the Music App on my Mac, any unchecked songs in that album get added too.

Looking at the below example, if I add the album to Play Next as indicated, then Little Red Rooster, which is clearly unchecked, gets added to the queue.

Is there a way to add an album to the Playing Next queue, using the Play Next or Play Later options (as depicted), that keeps unchecked songs out of the queue?
