Is Apple Pay service supported in Iraq?

I would like to buy a MacBook, but through Apple Pay

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12

Apple Pay is not supported in Iraq. See: Places that support Apple Pay - Apple Support

Also, the interest-free monthly installments discussed in Products you can buy from Apple with Apple Card Monthly Installments - Apple Support requires an Apple Card credit card which is only available in the U.S.

There are some other countries that have an interest-free finance option but I'm not aware of any in Iraq.
