I’ve been to both areas Apple support says to go to (primarily haptics and sounds it says), and it says on, but there’s no option to switch it off.

You may have a restriction set. Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/Reduce Loud Sounds and make sure it says Allow. If it does, then either a business, school or parental control is overriding the restriction.

If you have a business or school email account on your phone, even if it is a personal phone, that can give the administrator control over many settings on your phone

It’s my personal phone, how would this happen?
I do not.
I just got the 15 pro max, and I cannot switch off headphone notifications. I’ve been to it in sounds and haptics, and I’ve been to it in the health app. Neither gives me an actual option to turn it off. I don’t want them on.
