My Music from iTunes

Recently I found out that Apple retired iTunes (I know - I should have payed attention). I spent a lot of money and I had a huge music collection. What did Apple do with my music files? I read several blogs and it talks about Apple Music and subscription - I never use it and don't care for it. So, question to APPLE - how can I have access to my music files so that I can download them and save and having to go through these headaches you guys are creating for us? If you guys are just deleting people's stuff then you should give my Money back which is in their thousands. Thanks.

Which device are you using? Mac, iPhone or iPad?

Your purchased music can be found under Music on a Mac. (Music > Settings > Make sure iTunes Store is selected)

Select iTunes Store and hit OK

You'll gonna see iTunes Stores appeared on the Side Bar of the Music app

Click on it and find "Purchased"... You're supposed to see all your purchases made with your Apple ID.

If you're on an iPhone search for the app "iTunes Store" it's a pink logo with a white star. Open it.

On the bottom bar, completely to the right you should see "More" with 3 dots icon.

Click on more and then click on Purchased. All the purchased music will appear.

For the newer Mac OS only.

If you are using Windows, or a Mac with OS Mojave (10:14) or earlier, iTunes is still in use, despite what the "Don't Do Detail" brigade may tell you.

If you're using a Mac with OS Catalina (10:15) or later, then there is no iTunes. Instead, you manage your music with the various apps included with the Mac OS.

So the first and most obvious question is: are you using Windows PC or a Mac with OS Mojave or earlier? You've posted in the Windows forum, so presumably, you are using Windows, so what stops you from using iTunes?

If you are on a newer Mac OS, have you not found the appropriate applications for the music on your computer?

By "you guys", I assume you mean Apple, not those of us here. If you have purchased music, then it is your copy and you still have it. No one has deleted (unless you have.) There are third-party applications for Windows PCs, that will manage all your music. But iTunes is still with us.
