Update apple ultra two Siri cannot access. Health data keeps telling me to check iPhone.

I have updated my Apple Watch 2 to 10.2 and trying to use Siri to access my health data. How many hours I slept the previous night how many kilometres I’ve walked the previous day and it keeps telling me to check my phone. This is not working properly.

Just confirmed with Apple Support from Texas, this new feature with Siri is only limited to US and Mainland China at the moment so all other countries have to wait their turn.....unfortunately.

Same issue on the Ultra 2, keeps pulling up the activity circle when asking for the number of steps taken today!

But works on my iPhone 13pro

Language on both phone and watch are set to English (US) / Region Netherlands

As per the newsroom article:

Siri requests related to Health app data are now available in English (United States) and Mandarin Chinese (China mainland), with more languages to follow.

WWDC 2024 comes and goes, with AI enhancement boosting Siri capability. The 2023 newsroom article still have no saying when other countries (other than US and mainland China) will be supported. I wonder why so little feedback from users of other countries about this issue. Are they not aware of such feature? Or given up already? I hope not.
