I thought the new feature was asking Siri on Apple Watch 9 how many steps or how much sleep you got last night etc! I have tried and he just keeps telling me to check health app! I’ve seen YouTubers do this in real time but I can’t get it to work! It’s frustrating. I’ve checked all my setting and privacy etc seems fine!! Help please!

I know you said you checked your settings but did you make sure that device access was turned on in settings under health (via your iPhone)? Also, is your WatchOS up to date? I just checked if my watch could replicate your issue but when I ask it immediately tells me how many steps I have taken.

If that still doesn’t help you may want to contact Apple Support directly for further troubleshooting. FYI, what iPhone do you have? Is your phone nearby when you try this (or do you have a cellular version of the Apple Watch with an active connection that won’t require your watch to be within range)?
