Sunrise/sunset not displaying time

I have the same issue as discussed here: Sunrise/sunset not displaying times - Apple Community

My watch face just says the words sunrise/sunset instead of showing the times like it used to.

It appears that the watch does not have access to my location. However the steps to resolve the issue in the above post did not help.

• 'Apple Watch Faces' is Allowed 'While Using the App' in Locations settings.
• Changing the complication on the watch face and changing it back did not help.
• Creation of new watch face (of different type) with sunrise/sunset complication did not help.
• Cycling power both on iPhone and iWatch did not help.
• IOS version is 17.1.2
• Watch version is 10.1.1 21S71
• Watch Model A2474
• Watch application is updated to the latest version.
