iCloud Sync Reminders Fails. All Reminders & Accounts are missing

In Sonoma 14.1.2, all of my Reminders are not only completely missing, but all my accounts are missing as well, so I cannot even add new Reminders on Mac.

I have hundreds of Reminders across various lists on iCloud.com and on iOS, but all are missing on Mac Sonoma Reminders.app
Popup menu "Default List" contains no options but should at least show iCloud.

Here’s what I had to go through to finally get Reminders.app to function again:

1. Disable iCloud Reminders Sync in Settings > Internet Accounts > Apps

2. Remove all Desktop Reminders Widget(s)

3. Delete folder /Users/[yourusername]/Library/Preferences/Reminders

4. Delete folder /Users/[yourusername]/Library/Group Containers/Reminders

5. Delete folder /Users/[yourusername]/Library/Reminders

6. Empty Trash

7. Force quit all Reminders related processes in Activity Monitor

8. Re-Enable iCloud Reminders Sync in Settings > Internet Accounts

9. Re-launch Reminders.app and all was finally good again!
