Apple Service deducted on my gcash account

Apple Service charged me for Php 369.00 to my gcash account that i did not have any subscription. How can I refund my money?

Apple Services deducted money via UPI mandate Apple services has deducted amount from my account via UPI mandate, though I canceled the subscription in iTunes/Appstore subscriptions. I don't see the amount reflecting in my Apple fund balance as well. When I try submitting a request for refund, I don't see the app is eligible for refund. Refund link: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple I don't see any other alternate way to approach Apple to get the debited money refunded. Kindly help.
