App Library is outrageous

Would like to disable or permanently delete the App Library it’s in the way inconvenient poses no possibility for help I don’t need it and seems to me like Apple is slowly getting control over the individual phone. It doesn’t seem ethical to not allow the user to disable a new feature. That’s widely disliked in the Apple community.
