I do NOT like the App Library, as it appears many others feel the same way. PLEASE get rid of it in the next update. It's more cumbersome finding apps than it was before.
If there is a way to disable it, I would really like to know.

The App Library has been on all iPhones with iOS 15 and higher for over 4 years. It isn’t ever going to go away. But you can easily choose to never look at it and it won’t be more cumbersome to find apps. Just put the apps you want to use on the Home screen where you want them and never open the App Library. And you might find it useful, as if you don’t remember where an app is you can just find it in the alphabetical list in the App Library and drag it to wherever you want it.

It is ALWAYS the last page of your Home screen. You never have to scroll past it.
