If you meet all the requirements, your bank will likely permit you to obtain a debit card linked to your account which you may use in Apple Pay.

The Apple Pay daily limit overrides the limit set on the bank's debit card. This allows higher amounts to be debited than what the payment card from ING in the Netherlands allows. This is not correct, the limit of the payment card must be leading.

Apple does not regulate payment amounts. Amounts are set by a counties banking regulations, issuing bank, Payment Network and merchant.
