How to use Apple Pay without a Bank Account ?
Is it possible to apple pay only without using another bank account and also direct from my debit / saving acc?

Apple Pay does not connect to bank accounts directly.
It uses credit or debit cards to make payments in stores and websites that support it.
If your account has a card, and the card is supported for Apple Pay, you can add it to the Wallet app.
