Delay Sending All Emails in Mail (Not One By One)

I am forever hitting send and then realizing I want to add something to an email. In Outlook, I disabled "send immediately" and was able to go into the Outbox, open the email, make edits, and press send again. I delayed receiving mail in Mail for 15 minutes and would like to do the same for all outbound emails I send? Is this possible as a global setting? I would prefer not to delay all emails I send individually...just in case I want to reedit. Thanks for the help and guidance!

PS: I did not see an "Apple Mail" tag in the options so I used "Other Apple Applications and Services". I think there should be a tag for Mail, Numbers, Pages, etc. in this community; as a new convert to MacBook from PC laptop I'd love to address my questions to the expert community for each of these apps. :-)
