What is the point of shuffle if it plays the same songs. Its well documented that the feature just plays your most played songs and ignores the majority of the songs in your list. Love of god, expand the features and make it a true shuffle.
One way to improve the shuffle experience is to use a smart playlist limited to say 50 or 100 songs selected by random and exclude anything played in the last n days/weeks/months as appropriate for the size of your library. Playing from this list should reduce the number of repeat tracks that you hear.
