Perfect month badge not awarded

I set out this year with a resolution of closing my rings every day for the entire year. Disappointingly the November perfect month award was inexplicably not awarded despite getting all rings closed every day.

On top of that my longest move record was also finished off. It appears as though Nov 14th was the date when this happened, not sure if that is of significance, like there was an update or something.

Anyhow, while not the end of the world, it really is annoying to work that hard through to today and not get my badge for it -- bit deflating.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how this can be fixed?
