Our Nord VPN subscription booked through Apple will be automatically renewed if we don't cancel. when I try to cancel it on my phone it does not give me any option on how to cancel. Please advise.

You have tried the following on your phone, correct?
Tap Settings
Tap your name at the top of the screen
Tap Subscriptions
Tap on the app for options
If no luck, you will need to contact Support

Sorry, cancelling subscriptions has always worked very simply and quickly for me. I cancelled a subscription last week.
