Sending notes to Whatsapp

Hi! I scanned a document in notes and I wanted to send it in a Whatsapp conversation. However, when I tap the Whatsapp icon it just glitches, and does not open. Does somebody know what’s happening or why can’t I send my scanned documents from Notes to Whatsapp. Thanks!
