File Scamming

Boot in safe mode, hold the shift key.

Go to Apple menu -> System Preferences/Settings and make sure you have no Profiles enabled. if you have profiles or extensions from any services you don't expect, remove them.

Go to Apple menu -> System Preferences/settings Privacy/security and

check Accessibility, Full Disk Access, Files and Folders, and Screen Recording on the right side of Security & Privacy, and make sure there are no programs that are unexpected.

Go to Apple menu -> System Preferences/Settings Users & Groups -> select your login user, and check for login items you aren't expecting.

You may need to inspect one more folder, as described in Please read About those "<app> will damage your computer" messages - Apple Community.

It will be either

/Library/LaunchAgents

or

~/Library/LaunchAgents

If the missing folder is not empty, you should inspect its contents also.

First, start your Mac in "Safe Mode": How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support. Starting in Safe Mode takes longer than usual so let it finish.

While in that mode, drag all the files in those folders to the Trash except those with the following in their names:

Adobe

Zoom

Then, restart your Mac normally and confirm the alert messages cease to appear.
