Yes this can be done, however, you will have to initiate the entire purchase at the Apple Store. When you get to the Apple Store, then make the purchase and pay what you can on the Apple Card and the rest with cash.

if an apple card doesnt have enough to buy an iphone and pay it monthly can you go to the store and pay the rest of the money?
