Youtube videos on Apple TV keep switching to Spanish audio

So for the first time ever, i have my youtube videos playing dubbed audio in Spanish. Firstly, I didn't even know youtube offered dubbed videos (obviously only on big channels - MKBHD to be precise), secondly I didn't even think that airplay would have these option.

I am sending my videos from my MacBook to my apple tv via Airplay on Youtube. After about 2 seconds, my videos switch to Spanish, and because I am using Airplay & youtube, there are no dub options to change it. So its not like watching a movie where I have extended options. There are only subtitle, Picture in picture & Audio (which only displays: UNKNOWN).

In settings: I have my region set to UK, my language set to UK

On my mac (where youtube is being sent from): I have all of my possible options set to UK.

So I could use all the help I could get, as I use this feature almost every evening.
