Hello,
My Father's MacBook has this problem. I've checked the folders in the link provided by @dialabrain
~/Library/LaunchAgents
/Library/LaunchDaemons
/Library/LaunchAgents
Of these, /Library/LaunchAgents does not have anything, but the other two have the following:

First start up in Safe Mode
Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
Then delete everything that does not contain:
Restart your computer again and you should not have the issue anymore.
At least the 3 AssistiveRecord plists, & restart.
All the com. & net.big long hex numbers are suspicious.
