Bitdefender complete removal - issues

I've been trying to delete Bitdefender completely off of two computers

On my wife's mac: I have followed the Uninstaller to the dot. Looks like all files have been removed but one.

On my mac: I just moved the app to the trash, searched for other files via Finder and removed them all but one....

And the only file I cannot remove is com.bitdefender.agentui.sp.systemextension.

When I try to move it to the trash on both computers I am getting this message: The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have permission to access some of the items.

I've searched YT and the internet for the solution but all, including Bitdefender instructions, talk about kernel files with kext extension - which this does not have. And all other files mentioned (kext) by all internets sources have been removed.

Additionally, this file does not show up when I searched it in the normal way via Finder or via terminal. It only can be identified when I added to the search "system files are included". Than I can see it here:

HD>Library>SystemExtensions>C62ACE4B-E5D6-4D81-8FD9-D0CE4C9C7483>com.bitdefender.agentui.sp.systemextension. I can also see it when launching activity monitor. Funny enough I cannot shut it down from the monitor either.

What should I do:)? Or perhaps I should leave it there?

Thank you D
