Battery charge graph

Hi Community

Does someone explain different icons of timeline charge in battery level graph?

Ok, lightning means charge, light green line should be "plugged in not charging", but matte green squares?

The battery icon on top of the screen indicates the battery is charging when plugged in, but the battery charge percentage next to it keeps dropping. When I check the battery health, it indicates 'normal.' Suggestions? Thanks.
